The purpose of the 3rd UCC Biomedical and Clinical Student/Resident Research Symposium was to present to the entire university community the research carried out by students, postdocs, and residents from the different academic programs (Biomedical Sciences, Chiropractic, Medical Imaging, and Medicine). There were 38 poster presentations, and cash prizes were awarded for the three best posters in the following research areas: basic sciences, clinical and translational research, and public health. The symposium was offered on April 18, 2024, at Universidad Central del Caribe from 12:00 to 2:00 pm. One hundred twelve (112) individuals participated this year.
